Vikings guard Nick Easton is getting second opinion with Dr Jack Kelley in New Haven, CT. on Neck and back issue. It is expected a decision will made on injury in next 48 hours

I wonder if this is new stuff of if this is something that has been lingering.  There is a reason that the team put Easton off in the contract talks,  he should have been a pretty cheap guy to lock up for a few more years,  but if there were health concerns?   maybe it was just the ankle,  but those are pretty easy heals...neck and back not so much.

If its a bulging disk in his neck his career is over.  I had that surgery putting metal in my neck attached to vertebra …... pain is gone but I cant even do a small dive in a pool with out massive pain down the entire spine......they wont even let me do military press anymore or even ski.
