I don't understand the valuation process, I guess. Don't get how a franchise in the smallest NFL market, by far, in the NFL can be worth more than so many others. I get that there are a finite amount of teams so the value would be high, but in Green Bay, Wisconsin that market is higher than in much, MUCH larger metro areas? For instance, The X Games are taking place at U.S. Bank stadium, very popular. What the hell is going on at Lambeau Field during the off-season?
Like I said, I don't know the criteria and am ignorant of how its compiled....but it just SEEMS weird.
