Roger Goodell - C - Free AgentThe NFL announced they have hired full-time officials for the first time in the league's history.
"In an effort to improve consistency, efficiency and accuracy" of officiating, 24 of the league's 122 officials will become full-time. The new full-time referees will prepare for games, analyze current game trends, and assist in finding qualified future officials.
