There’s 2 - 45’s and a 100 on each so thats 425. 430 if you want to count the collars I suppose.
As far as the amount of weight and doing one rep, we don’t know where he is at in his workout. Is he just finishing up? Could definately be the case. On another note, free bench at 425lbs is no slouch. 405lbs was the most I ever did and even though I could do 5-6 reps on a good day, I never went more due to the strain it put on my wrists and Shoulders. Even as big as he is, they are so many small components of areas like the shoulder it just isnt worth it to push it too far unless yoi’re a competitive power lifter. They make shirts and wraps etc to do more but especially the shirts give a huge advantage to inflate numbers. For him or a regular person there’s no reason to care about such things. It’s all about functional strength and most importantly to football - stamina.
