PC People Need to Go Away.... especially some of us fatties.

So a stunningly attractive woman of an advancing age shares some healthy diet and fitness tips that she follows to stay in amazing shape and she and the source that aired it get ripped for pushing some agenda?

https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/wellnes...li=BBnbfcL

honestly,  I am about 35-45 pounds over weight,  i am a fatty and I come from a family of fatties (so dont anybody get up in my grill about not understanding stigmas and all the bull shit).    part of being a larger person is either:

1.    not liking who you are,  and being happy that those you are able to stay in better shape are willing to share a healty way to get there (without charging $49.95 for their workout video and diet plan)

.... or

2.    accepting it, in which case who gives a rats ass about elle mcpherson and her amazingly tone body?

honestly we have a major problem and its people that sit around all day looking for something to get incensed about.  (kinda like I am doing right here i guess)  but seriously,  when did we become so jealous of everybody else that we have to shame anybody and everybody who might be doings something better than we can?  its hard work and sacrifice to look like elle does,  why would anybody begrudge her the results of her hard work?  or be pissed that she is willing to share... shes not shaming fatties,  she is simply throwing it out there that maybe some of us should push away from the fried chicken once in a while and drink a veggie shake... ( i just shuttered as I thought of trying to drink a shake made of broccoli) ( puke emoji)
Why isn't Chuck Foreman in the Hall of Fame?

I clicked just to see if they had pictures of this amazing woman.  Legs that go all the way from her buttocks to the ground.

Anyway, the trouble with twitter is it gives the twits a voice.  Who cares that some people don't like what she says.  She wasn't offending anyone.  Perhaps we need to stop trying to make everyone go viral with some stupid tweet.

Wow, 54 years old and looking good.

She is spot on.  It took me a lot longer to figure out that I couldn't eat like I was 30 or 40 and that I had to cut down the meat and push the fruit and veggies.  The days of pounding down meat, potatoes, and deep fried food are long gone (unless I want to weigh 300 lbs.)

She has it figured out as she ages.
“I’m 54 today, and when I turned 50 I noticed that the things I was doing in my twenties wasn’t working anymore, and I had to kind of rethink my diet,” she said. “I follow a plant-based, alkaline diet, and for the last four years, being really focused on really whole-food, organic, mainly plant-based has been my health and beauty secret. And I realized there’s been such a change not only in the silhouette of my body, but how I feel and my general wellbeing.”

I've seen you Jimmy; you're a brick **** house- and bricks weigh alot.  I'm not flirting, either... It's called "self-preservation": because if YOU'RE a fatty... then what would that make me?  I've got you by at least 10-20 pounds... and you're a few inches taller than me!  :o

Oh... and people need to be constantly outraged about something.  It's like victim-hood is the new drug of the 2000's.

Doesn’t matter to me what anyone says....I’ve got a body like Chris Hemsworth.....

If my wife reads this I’ll never hear the end of it...I said this to her once and her reply was not Chrs Hemsworth, more like Chris Christie....

Omg Chris Hemsworth. Lol your wife is hilarious.

I really don't get all the backlash she is getting for this. She is talking about protein, fruits and vegetables. All of these are important for your health. Sometimes I drink protein shakes. She isn't forcing people to drink them. She also said she can't eat the way she did when she was younger. The body responds differently to different foods as you age, it's inevitable. I am lactose intolerant now and beef doesn't agree with me as much so I don't eat it often. I guess I don't see the issue. I went to comment and give her props. Some people are always looking for something to bitch and moan about. The negative comments say more about the person commenting than anything else.

Too bad there isn't a scale that measures narcissism.

In the meantime, slide me a medium well T-bone with double baked potato, and cheesecake for dessert.  Personally I'd rather die fat and happy.

Amen.  I am learning to cut out somethings, but I still like to eat.

I hit middle age in 2016. Middle age if I live to 110 I figured...lol. After Christmas break at work I stepped on the scale. 205 lbs. I'm only 5'9" you could say fattie. Said no way no more. Made one New Years resolution I've kept. I dropped 40 lbs riding bike and walking. Can't jog anymore. Bad hip. Been sitting at a much healthier 160-165 lbs for over a year now. Fish, rice and eating salads. Best think I every did for myself. And to quote Frank Thomas "trust me she'll like it too"
