Shermans game is on the decline and Waynes is pretty good already and escalating nicely... this was never a story.
Not to mention...how cheap would he have come to minnesota? I am doubting he would have played for peanuts which would only further complicate our cap crunch.

We wouldn't have offered as much as San Francisco. I'm guessing another thing that factored into his decision was a chance to stick it to the team that cut him 2x per year. 49ers are kind of a darling team in the media now. I think they still struggle this season. They still have alot of holes in that defense. They have some front 7 players. IF they can keep them on the field. I'm a fan of John Lynch. Think he gives that team vision and stability that they have lacked for a while. I still feel that team is getting more love then they've earned so far. Give John one more draft and FA period and they will be dangerous in 2019.

Hell to the no. Don't need him and his big mouth. Gross.

So... Sherman is a fan of Cousins? Talent recognizes talent.

The older he gets the more I like Sherman, but it's pretty much a non-story. Which player wouldn't want to play for a SB contender? But as was stated, he would have to have been pretty cheap to fit in here.

Seeing the title of this thread I thought it may pertain to the fact that NFL network replayed the NFC championship debacle tonight. No way I could ever see that again.

You all know my opinion of the Mike Hughes pick. But better him and his upside than a declining, busted up, expensive Sherman.
