Vikings vs. Eagles to open the 2018 NFL season on Thursday night
#11
Well, if anyone knows the Eagles it should be Cousins.  16 TD's, 5 INT's in 7 games.  4-3 record.

Awesome!  Bet there won't be many Viking fans going (unless armed with lead pipes, brass knuckles, and baseball bats).  B)

Why?? You don't think the Vikings can beat a team that is at full strength.
Why not hope the other team is 100%, that way you can judge how good the Vikings are.

If they get their ass handed to them like NFCC game, they know they have to work on a lot of things.

My guess is Wentz won't be starting until week 6. Remember that knee got torn up in December. I think that's usually at least a 10 month rehab.

Where will the game be played? Hopefully at US Bank.

It won't be a home game.  We're playing Philly on the road this year.
Not only that, but they will be hoisting the flag before the game. Gonna be loud, but hopefully that will add even more fuel to the fire for Vikes

This is fantastic news. Toughest game on our schedule is a revenge match. Even better, we get it right off the bat. And potentially without Wentz.

Should be good weather too, in early September. This game is going to be HYPED big time. Love it.

Better get used to Minnesota in prime time for 2018.

by that point of the year... it doesnt matter,  the team will be who they are.  only thing that matters is the W... any way we can get it.   would it be great to see them beat a loaded team to start the year... yep,  but I would rather have a win against weaker opponent than a loss against a better one.   only 16 opportunities to get as many wins as possible for playoff seeding,  take them anyway you can get them.

Actually thought about going to this game as my girlfriend is a huge Eagles fan...then I remembered how much I enjoyed not having to use my deductible...Maybe the Eagles-Bucs game...
