This has been an A+ off-season.  I don't know what else you could ask for as a fan.

Young, innovative OC.  Check.

Top 10 QB with the potential to play even better.  Check.

Stud 3T to make the DL scary good.  Check.

There aren't any holes on this team.  Maybe RT...

The Vikings have set themselves up to grab the best player available regardless of position in the draft.  Time to keep reloading with good young talent.
RG with Berger leaving.  #3 WR will be Deadwell, a cheap FA, Coley or a rook.

But that's it that I see... a lot fewer than most teams! B)

Here's something I'm paraphrasing from another source, but I believe: the biggest misconception in sports is that defense wins championships: it does not. It keeps you from losing them. Offense wins. Now, that offense can come from your defense or be built around your defense. But at some point, to be a champion, your offense has to deliver. I think the Vikings have that chance to deliver now.

Not until we upgrade the OL.

We still haven't done anything on the OL except probably lost Sirles and Berger.
They better have a good draft.
Happy with the other moves.
We have Reiff, Easton, Elflein, and Remmers/Hill returning.  That's 4 out of 5 starters from last year.  The coaches were high on Isidora last year...  I wouldn't be surprised to see him slide in at RG and do well.  He didn't look overmatched as a rookie.

The Vikings can still bring back Sirles for additional depth if he doesn't get much interest on the open market.  There is still the draft and 2nd and 3rd waves of Free Agency.

Patience...

Yeah, I don't really see them adding two offensive linemen in the draft.

I could see one in the first 3 rounds and I think they like Frank Ragnow because they met with him but they meet with a lot of players.  He would be nice though as he provides position flexibility and can play center if necessary.

If they add another lineman late then that player will have a tough time making the final 53 IMO.

They have Isidora, Collins, and Hill.  Plus, Norton, Lang, and Edison.

If they add a veteran guard before the draft and a high draft pick then that is about it.

It would just be a wasted pick because the player would likely have to go to the PS.

I think FA has gone very well.  I'm concerned with WR depth after cutting JW.  Who do we have after Diggs and AT, Tready?  Jarius could play, and made so many plays to extend drive.
I don’t think we will have a problem finding a WR that can fill that 200 yard void created (He had less than half that total the season before)
& I think FA has gone better than “very well” too

It's all relative. I'd say there are about 30 teams who would love to have our receiver room.

You can't have great starters and great depth at every position. But in 45 years of watching football, I've never seen any team come this close.

It's time for Treadwell to contribute, but I don't think we should count on that. Cole looked pretty good last year. Having a QB who looks at more than two targets will help them develop, but I think we should bring back Jarius and draft another WR on day three.

I see the Vikes may try to get JW back.  This makes sense.  I know we have two pro-bowl caliber WRs, but without JW, we have no other proven guys out there.  JW gives us the luxury of being a reliable spot starter too.  Not sure Treadwell will ever be able to produce like a starter should.
