Fans in Philly - Why is it Allowed
#1
It's like a running joke for 50 years - don't go to Philly and root for another team.  When I was there on Sunday, I was largely left alone, but some made comments.  They are not tough, they are gaining liquid courage and most would drop with one punch.  I never felt for my safety.

I gave Pat Elflein's entire family a ride back to their hotel because they had been treated so badly for wearing their son's jersey, and they were afraid to walk to their hotel.  Case Keenum has said that his family was also treated very poorly.   Makes you wonder why such a historic city would want to foster this reputation. 2 guys got arrested for punching police horses.  Who does that shit?

Here is a video of a Viking fan who says nothing, just walks to the stadium.  Imagine your mom being treated like this.  Shameful

And, then there is our pregame report.  We did it from parking lot M, where we had to walk through lots A-L to get to the Viking tailgates.  We risked it, and found much more reasonable fans.

Sigh...the Bring It Home SB hanky would've been a definite purchase...

Thanks Tom! You and Pete and those doing the camera work (I don't know your names but you know who you are) did a wonderful job this year covering our team!! Looking forward to your great work in 2018 and beyond !!

And we own one of only 10 that will ever be made.  They were higher quality, but I liked art on the ones in white better.  The white was more intimidating when waved by 66,000+ fans.

Brave Viking fans going to a CG in Philly...

My buddy worked in the Eagles front office for a # of years and said he would not recommend it for this or any other game.

Dangerous town, dangerous crowd.

To the fans that look no older than 16 years old - "Yeah, I remember my first beer".

Seriously, all those fans look to be under 21, drunk and stupid. Pretty much mostly hammered white young idiots from the streets with a 4th grade education max. I wonder how they treat their parents? Or did their parents teach this behavior? Good God that was awful.

And I can only imagine what its like if your a NY Giant Fan / Dallas Cowboys fan walking in. Probably need a Kevlar vest and full face shield.

I can't see many of these as being ticket buying fans but young idiots looking to get drunk then harass and intimadate the other fans. You would think ownership and city officials would like to tamp this kind of behavior down. More arrests needed to be made.

I was surprised by the whole mask thing...that's a problem IMO.

as if their drunk, emboldened, and annoying fans could be any LESS accountable for their actions.....I know.....LETS TELL THEM TO ALL WEAR MASKS....

"It was the guy in the Wentz jersey wearing a dog mask"
really doesnt narrow down the perp does it?
