Kalil must not be liked much by other players.  its unusual to go out of your way to rub it in like this.  Thank God Spielman was not successful in resigning him.  We got lucky there!

All of the excellence must’ve been demanded right out of Kalil, I guess....

It seems like there is a lot of trash talk on and off the field by Cam Jordan. And Jordan and Newton have been going at it for some time. From the article, he also added this:

Jordan and the Saints have certainly enjoyed seeing Kalil and the Panthers this season as Sunday’s win was their their third in as many tries. Jordan said he’s going to send Newton a bottle of wine to commemorate that achievement. That will likely be accepted as happily as the nickname Jordan bestowed upon Kalil, but it will be quite a while before the Panthers can do anything about it on the field.

Getting past the Saints will be the mantra of the Panthers next season no doubt. I thought Cam was pretty tough in the pocket yesterday. Not enough surround on offense and their D scheme yesterday played to Brees' strengths imo.

"Carolina picked him, so the brothers could reunite," Jordan said. "I think Ryan Kalil is a hell of a player, and Matt Kalil, speedbump."
