Anyone hoping to see Teddy get some game action?
#1
Before anyone skews this to their own agenda I just want to say this is for sure Case’s team for the rest of the season, that boat has passed at this point.
Case has played much better than expected, i for one still question if he has what it takes to win the big one. ( I hope like hell he pulls it off).
I am hoping we got our seed locked up for the bears game so teddy can get a half to 3 quarters. He needs to get sone game time, what if case goes down in the playoffs? teddy comes in after not playing for how long? plus we need to plan for next year. Case or Teddy? tough call.
This season is going to kill me. Everything is lining up well for the vikes, if not this year when......

Not sure how it's going to happen, they need to get a good lead or have their playoff seed secured.  I too would like him to get at least get a few drives under his belt.  With all the running around Case does he's been very lucky to not miss any time so far(knock on wood).  I fear yesterday is the kind of intensity and play we will see from our opponents when the playoff starts, they better be more ready than they were yesterday.  Good thing it looks like at least one game at home.  I've been thinking about the QB decision they will face all season-I hope they know what they are doing and get it right for a change.  I don't want to see them sign the next Cunningham or let the next Gannon go.  Johnson and Gannon played each other in the SB-that was painful to watch for me.

It would be nice to see Teddy get some playing time.
My bigger concern is having Shurmur come back next year.

Every game is important now and I knew the seedings for the NFC would fluctuate,  just because so many top teams had to play each other yet. Philly's road looks very easy now, even with Foles, so I expect them to hold on to the #1 seed. Minnesota hopefully can hold onto the #2, but if the injuries on the offensive line continue, that may not happen.

I'd love to see Teddy get some playing time, but I just don't think there's going to be any time for it.  Outside of injury, the only way Teddy sees the field is if the last game is meaningless, which given the tightness of the pack in the NFC is probably unlikely.  I'd think that every game matters from here on out.

If we have the #2 seed nailed down, I'd love to see him the second half of the Bears game.

I still say this weekends game agaisnt an afc foe is our best time to get him work.  It's a home game against a weaker opponent so we should be able to build a comfortable lead early and if the worst would happen and we some how we're to lose the game...well it was an afc team so even though it's a loss...it's a non conference loss.

Is getting Bridgewater anything but extended playing time really of much value to the Vikings front office?

At this point he's only going to get an incentive laden contract, unless something really bad happens and he went on a run for the ages.

As a fan I'm much (much) more focused on OL and playoff seedings than #5 right now.

I dont think there is a chance we see him unless we wrap up a bye.

i think some game time would be valuable for all.
