The last away game I'll ever attend
#1
We're 8 and 0 in Minnesota and were 0 and 1 (2001 New Orleans) on the road. After today, no more road games. I'm not superstitious but fuck road games. My bad!

lol... A good friend of mine attended last years Lions @ Vikings game with me where we lost in horrible fashion. He then attended this year's Lions @ Vikings game where we lost Dalvin and the game. So, he's no longer allowed to go to Lions games at US Bank stadium.  :p

I knew it!  I didn't know who to blame.

I appreciate your honesty.

My MIL hadn't worn her Viking jersey yet this year. Told her she couldn't wear it today either. She can put it on now.

Going to wash my own jersey now that the streak is over too.

You might not remember but I met you in the tail gate during the Lions game...was looking for a beer. I always say you have to get off the schneid and go to another game until you see the team win!

I expected the Viking to lose 24-16.  They showed a lot of character when they came back to tie it.   The played a poor game and had the line in disarray, and still had a chance to win it.  Hard to get upset after an 8 game winning streak.

I do remember you! But I don't know if I'm willing to risk another Lions' loss by having him in the building. I might let him go to the Bears game next year. We can start there Smile

I like that they kept fighting. And they will learn from it. All things considered, I was more bummed than mad.

Pregame I thought 24-20 Panthers was likely.  Third game in a row on the road and 5/6 overall away.   They looked sloppy at times in ways they mostly haven't this year.
