Both the Broncos and Raiders are on a shame spiral. It doesn't help when stuff like this happens. It's just more of a morale killer in an already very disappointing season for both teams.

Stuff like this often happens for many of the same reasons their teams are struggling. 

Won't say it can't happen to us, but there are reasons it doesn't happen often to the Patriots and our team seems to have that same mold.  It is leadership.
