I'm tired of losing to those bitches...0/3 the last 3 games.

That streak has to end Thursday.

Completely agreed. 3 games given to the Lions, 3 losses. Fluky plays and us beating ourselves. So sick of Stafford, Quin and that group of midget WRs

PUT OUR FOOT ON THEIR THROAT ON SUNDAY

Thanksgiving is going to be a big game for us.  Take care of the lions and have a 3 game lead with 5 to go.  Should be a good game, divisional games are always tough.

It would actually be more like a 3.5 game lead due to conference record. Assuming both the Lions and Vikings take care of their divisional opponents the tie-breaker jumps to conference record. A Vikings win pushes their NFC record to 7-1 with the Lions dropping to 5-4.

The last 3 Lions games all "irk" me because we lost
those games ourselves as opposed to the Lions winning. Basically we handed
them all 3 games. Going back to 2016 and the first meeting was the OT loss
22-16.

Game 1 Nov
6th. 2016 - Clockgate - 100% coaching clock management issue, game should
have been over if Zimmer let the clock run down instead of leaving so much
time for Prater to kick a tying FG.

Game 2 - Nov
24, 2016 - 30 secondgate - Sam threw an INT with 30 seconds remaining giving
them the ball at our 33 yard line and a game winning FG.

Game 3 -
October 1st, 2017 - Fumblitisgate - Cook, leading the NFL in rushing as a
rookie, is breaking one down the middle for 10+ yards makes a cut and blows
out knee untouched and releases the football in pain. Gives the Lions there
only TD of the day leaving the Lions at our 29 yard line.

So all three
losses are bad clock and turnovers. On the other hand you have to look at the
other team. The Lions have been playing close in all these games and allowing
us to make the mistakes while limiting there own. That is not the Lion of old
when we all expected and usually saw the Lions meltdown. They are playing our
kind of game against us - good defense and no mistake conservative offense.

Here are
Stafford's stats for each of the 5 games he has faced Zimmer's Defense:

Stafford's vs
Zimmer  3-2 record
CMP    ATT     YDS        CMP%      AVG      LNG     TD     INT     QBR        RAT
2017
10/1    Lions win 14-7
19     31      209        61.3      6.74       38      0 0 23.3 81.3
2016
11/24  Lions win 16-13
23     40      232        57.5           5.8       41      1 0 77.1 82.5
2016
11/6    Lions win in OT 22-16
23     36      219        63.9      6.08       28      2 1 74.8 87.6
Stafford's totals in last 3 wins 65    107      660        60.7%       6.21      3 1

2015
10/25  Vikes win 28-19
18    26    256       69.2 9.85 55 2 0 38.5 126.4
2015
9/20    Vikes  win
26-16
32    53    286       60.4 5.4 19 2 1 62.1 79.6
Stafford's totals in first 2 losses 50    79    542       63.3% 7.63 4 1

We have held
Stafford below his season averages in almost every category and have held him
in check. Hi best game was the loss on 10/25 with a nice 126 QBR. But other
then that one really good game in a loss he has a very low YPA and below his
averages in terms of completion % and QBR.

It is not Stafford that is beating us it
is us beating us and it has to stop for Thanksgiving!

A-F&*KING-MEN.  I believe the law of averages will tilt this game in our favor.  No way does this team beat itself again vs Detroit.  I can’t see it, they don’t beat us, they don’t run up and down on us, Stafford doesn’t throw for 400 against us.  We just beat ourselves.

sick of Stafford, Fat Prater, Glover Quin and that group of smurfs at WR and their attitude.  This Thursday, we jump down their throat, then batter the hell out of them.  No come back happening on Thanksgiving.
