Roughing the Rodgers
#1
Still getting an ear full from the cheese heads about the hit on Rodgers by Barr, yet not one word about the profanity that was directed at Barr from Rodgers. Maybe the N.F.L. should put flags on the quarterbacks, not all of them, just the special ones, like Erin and Tammy up in New England and Denise in New Orleans, as so they won't get offended when playing the game. Any Volunteers to help Tammy and Denise give Erin his next sponge bath?
Trade Bridgewater. Now that he is on his feet again, the Vikings should make an attempt to trade him to some quarterback starved team fro draft picks. With Keenum running the show and Bradford in the wings with Sloter on deck, the Vikings can pick up a solid quarterback, with TWO good knees, in the 3rd round.

Crapola call on Treadwell. Now, because a player who does not pay attention on the football field and  does not look where he is going, suddenly becomes a defenseless play. The first thing one learns in Pee Wee football is to keep ones head on a swivel. A clean block by Treadwell becomes a 15 yard plenty because some else is not looking. What next? No blocking?

AP. He may not have a full tank of gas but 3/4 will do. It was a bad fit in New Orleans. It looks like he will get things worked out in Arizona. It will be interesting to see the out come of the game the next time Peterson plays the Vikings, when the Cardinals play the Vikings in the playoffs.

Keenum isn't the answer at QB.  Sam isn't either.  Teddy is an unknown who has potential.   Sloter?   Still learning the position.   So trade the only guy that has a chance at being a legit starter?   Makes sense to me.

dial back the childish name calling.

No way Teddy is traded.  Sam is likely done.  If not in the NFL, at least here.  Sloter is 2 years away, very raw.

As to Treadwell's penalty, it is against the rules.  Just as they protect the head on "defenseless" receivers, they also do the same for defenders.  Call it the Hines Ward rule, and it makes sense. Lookout blocks are dangerous, and if Treadwell doesn't make contact with the head, it likely isn't a penalty.  But he did.

Nope....still don't care.

It's football..it's not like other NFL teams don't endure injuries.
Frankly anything that makes the Packer idiots upset...makes me happy.

F them

Good question. My wife shared it from Facebook. I'll have to do some investigating. If it's not real, someone did a helluva job with photoshop.

Love it.  Well I don't love the hit on Teddy, but I had a whole thread earlier that was dedicated to calling out the Packers' bullshit.  Here's another great one that just proves the point.
