He continues to impress. They only thing he doesn't do is score touchdowns.

I can't recall who, but someone whined about the contract he signed...pretty much seems like a bargain now...with our supposed #1 yet again dinged, Thielan still produced...

And this guy has really stepped up:

#Vikings RB Jerick McKinnon in 2 games since Dalvin Cook ACL:

21.5 touches for 122.5 yds/game
Has caught 11/12 targets
5.13 yds/carry
3 TDs

McKinnon has quietly had some productive games. He has surprised me as I was starting to get pretty down on him through preseason and the first few games. Kid is running well.

He plays like a small receiver. But I say that as a good thing. Great hands, catches balls you don't expect him to. Super quick in and out of breaks. With the ball in his hands, he gets more yards out of each play than you think he should. It's easy to forget he's actually 6-2, 200 lbs. He's becoming a less physical, but faster Cris Carter. Wiley. Great find.

If I was looking to buy a jersey right now, his would be in my top 2 or 3.  Love the way he plays and he seems like a really great guy as well.

Yeah. His story of getting to the NFL should be read by all young athletes with the dream. Hard work and persistence along with some God given ability can go a long way. A person your kids can really look up to.

He’d have at least 3 more scores if Case would open up his eyes a little more often...  Smile
