My predictions...
  • The refereeing will be skewed towards the Packers. Maybe not yards, but they will get calls at key times (3rd down, etc), and we will not. We will be held, PI, etc.
  • At multiple points during the next game we will curse Trae Waynes' name.
  • At some point we will curse Clay Matthews.
  • At some point we will curse Rodgers. There's a good chance he puts a dagger through our hearts.
  • We will hold them in check initially, and after some predictable play-calling, our offense will be stifled, the defense will tire, and Waynes will get grabby. Drives will be extended.
Good Lord I sound jaded. Regardless of all of that, I will watch every second, jump into chat to commiserate, and be cheering for Purple like my life depended on it.

Fuck the Pack!

Packers suck, zebras suck and when they work together(which is every game) it reminds me of the WWE, which I think sucks.  If I wanted a staged outcome I'd watch scripted TV.  Fuck everything green and yellow and black and white this week.  Fuck them all.  Purple and Gold rules!

their OL is hurt and our DL is playing insane. Nelson is in doubt, rhodes closed, and their D is awful, we are in great shape.

I like everything you said here, but there's one thing you left out.  We have to score TDs.  Case saved the game last Monday night, but he was benched because the way he led (or didn't lead) the offense the week before against the Lions.

Of course I hope I'm wrong, but I think we get clobbered because we won't have an offense that can consistently put up points.

FU#%, it sucks not having a QB again!

I am eternally hopeful when it comes to the Vikings and this game is no different.  I hope Zimmer has something special for Rodgers.  I hope we shut down the run game and get after Rodgers and make him cry and whine to the refs.  I hope the refs look at him like he is stoopid and tell him to shut up.  Then I hope we hit him again and again.

But yes, mostly I am hopeful that our offense can put up some points.
