Healthy Teddy can throw all those TDS but he doesn’t throw those picks

and thats why Zim wants him playing. I love Case, I do but we saw both sides of Case today and it almost cost us a damn good win. I have zero doubt Teddy couldnt make any of the big throws today, zero. Same for Sam. But man you cant throw the game away or be ineffective in major pressure situations

Case you have done great, but you cant throw these games away

i think you’re high!

I’m pulling for Teddy, but if you think he doesnt throw picks like every other QB, you’re stoned.

And if he doesn’t, then he isnt throwing the ball downfield enough. Sometimes you put the ball up there and let your WR’s make a play. Teddy seemed too timid at times when he was starting.

Super, another post about how Teddy would have done all the good things but none of the bad today.  Truth of the matter is that you don't know what Teddy (or Sam) would have done today.  He may have overthrown Diggs on the bomb, may have not seen Adam on his long catch, or not have attempted the throw to Adam on his td.  Teddy has thrown 21 ints during his 29 career games.  He has and will make bad throws and bad decisions during games just like Case did.  People have to stop nostalgically remembering Teddy as an elite QB or trying to turn him into one retroactively.

Case avoids the rush better than Sam or Teddy.  He's great at extending plays.  Yes, he made a couple really bad throws but all QB's do.

Case simply relaxed a little too much today. He lost focus and it cost him.

Case now has a #3 QBR in the NFL.

Ignoring the fact that our defense gave up way too many points to make this closer than it should have been, and projecting that on a QB's 2 bad throws in a 38-30 game is a more than a little myopic. I mean this wasn't 17-14.

You do realize that Teddy has the higher Int% over his career than Case, right?

And even with his two picks today, Case's Int% for this year is lower than either of Teddy's two years in the NFL so far.

Wow, this shows the sensitivity in the topic.  I just stating what I believe the coaches believe in, which is Teddy or Sam wont make the dumb throws. Both those picks were dumb picks, the rest of the game he was great. I’m not over looking this, but is it really Case or that we have maybe a top 10 OL, one of the best groups of WR, a nice pair of RBs and a hot coordinator right now.

We need to see Case to bring us back versus a tough team, preferably on the road to make me believe hes not only the hottest bet, but the safest bet.  Despite his game today, I am not 100% sure thats the case
