If Treadwell doesn't get his game together soon he isn't going to have a spot on this team. I know that sounds pretty drastic considering he is a young 1st round talent. It isn't a matter of trust with him as far as I have seen, his game just hasn't been that great. Likely it does have something to do with injury, but at some point it becomes a point of functioning inside of an offense that will start to leave him behind. With Diggs and Thielen already cemented in place, if Floyd comes back and has any impact then Treadwell's time will be waning and quickly without an injury.

Loved everything about the game and how the team played.
The only place that I felt we need improvement on is the "spark" from special teams.  If they had just got one good/great punt return or one kick-off return that set us up for a score, I probably wouldn't even mention them.  They did a great job on coverage and didn't hurt us (except for a couple kick-offs that should have been downed) so I give them a passing grade.  But compared to what the D and O did, the special teams were only mediocre.
I will mention it was nice to see our kick-offs deep in NO end zone and not being returned.

Christ,  the guy matched his total production from last year in the 1st game this season and you are on his back.  you are such a hater.

How soon before we start hearing Bradford contract extension speculation?

I am thinking that they gave the green light to just go ahead and take it out until the end there.

For those worried about the Defense: I can think of literally 1 other active QB I wouldn't blitz much or play games with where I was going to bring my pressure from and that is Tom Brady.

You tip your hand pre-snap to Brady/Brees they're going to slice you up. You blitz and don't get home it's a virtual lock you're getting burned for a big chunk of yards.

Yes, Drew is down some weapons. But every time the pundits say that he turns unknown WRs into budding stars. Yes, their Line was patchwork before the injuries, which made it that much worse.

But the Aints had Line issues last year too and were still the #2 Scoring Offense in the League, which is really the only stat that matters.

The Defense kept it safe last night because of the opposing QB. Look for more aggressive gameplans from here on out.

What an awesome display by Bradford!  So damn proud of him and the way our D played on MNF.  Skol Vikings!
I'm glad everything  worked out, but man did that feel like a Bend but don't break defense tonight.   That was a strong offense and the D stepped up, but if those FGs had turned into TDs, it could have been a whole nother game.

I'm sure the D will get it corrected.
Amazing game by Bradford and the entire offense.  As to the D, read what Pops has said about Brian and Gruden even brought it up last night.  The first drive or 2 is Brian learning the protections and adjustments, then he calls the blitzes and overloads based off that.  So I always sort of expect the first drive to move the ball.  The offense scripts it and our D is in calibration mode, dialing into perfection.
