Again, people like to point to the Vikings record as a justification as to why Mensah was "good" when the reality was he was just extremely fortunate to inherit a playoff ready roster and didn't inherit the typical dumpster fire roster that most new GM's inherit. The fact was, he was never good, and completely undeserving of the position the Wilfs gifted him. It was really plain as day, yet somehow I was one of the few to say it was a bad hire from day one. If I could see it...how did the Wilfs not see it? Just goes to show that you may be smart in other areas of the world, but that doesn't correlate to knowing shit about football and building a championship level team. This is the pattern we are stuck in as fans under this ownership

Good on Kwazy, he has contractual offset language that will save the team some dinero…
