Solid landing spot. Good for him, hopefully he can make an impact for them.

So Thielen begs to come back home and then abandons the team when things go south so he can go to another team that is falling apart with no chance of playing in the post season. Steelers have lost 5 of last 7, need to overtake the Ravens to make the playoffs who they play 2 of the last 5 games against and a 3rd game is at Detroit. Not that I needed another reason to root against Rodgers, Tomlin and the Steelers.

Agreed, I dont think Pitt will be that much pleasant as the season wraps..
I'm also not sure he abandoned the team? Mainly because I dont believe that press release from the Vikings reflecting the truth. I'm usually not a conspiracy theorist, but I think something else precipitated his departure...Not sure what though.

Sorry, Thielen arrived after the “Whisperer” had already set up his 2025 offense, which is set in stone as you know!

He wasn't going to play hardly any plays on a team that isn't going anywhere. Why not let him play the last 5 games and come home. My guess is he'll end up an ambassador for the team at some point. Nice hometown guy.
