I was rooting for The Commodes last night...

For obvious reasons...

I think thats the last win we might see this season? Unless something really big improves at QB.

Commanders
At Dallas
At NYG
Lions
Packers

Too bad this years team sucks...Such a great home schedule remaining and 3 of the 5 are at home. That might actually work against them this year - sadly.

Like I said, the Wilfs don't make changes unless the team is getting booed out of the building, so if that's what it takes for changes to be made...then I'm here for it. So in that context, the schedule lines up perfectly finishing up the final two at home against division rivals both of which should be substantial favorites

Sign me up for FTP, FTL, FTB and butthole eyes in Denver. Add in some Philly but they don’t look like a juggernaut this year.

It was painful watching Nix after what we have been seeing at QB. He looks like a 10 year veteran, very poised and smart. Payton lucked out and got a Brees clone.

It's why Payton was laughing at us during the draft

I am not giving him that much credit, he needed a QB and couldnt move up to get one,  sometimes its better to be lucky than good?
Why isn't Chuck Foreman in the Hall of Fame?

You can’t really compare Bo Nix, who’s at 28 NFL starts and outside the initial growing pains with JJM who’s had 6 and is still firmly within the growing pains time period. That said, Nix was definitely performing better in his first 6 starts, although he was still struggling, just not as much.

That said, I think if you put Nix on this team, he’d be struggling a lot more than he did in Denver, as his skillset just doesn’t match the KOC offense.

I wouldn’t give Payton much credit for getting his guy as he got the last QB, who was also the consensus last QB, and Payton’s a twat who would laugh at whatever anyone else would do regardless if it was correct or not. I do think he did a much better job of matching his scheme with his players skillsets though and that’s bore more fruit than what we’ve been doing here.

Yep. Denver fans like Nix but I don't think many love Nix. He's still working to get better, has some pretty good games and has some pretty bad games.
