Yeah, I don't buy that rumor at all. If you watched the rumor mill this offseason in the NFL, it was most ridiculous crap ever. 99% of it was utter crap and totally baseless, just outright lies for clicks. I wonder who the 49ers actually like more right now anyway: Purdy or Jones? But they are stuck with Purdy because his dead cap money next year and the following year is grotesque.
