The tenacious professional.  He was determined to play despite the pain.  While I appreciate this from Wentz, we really needed to see Brosmer play more.

I cannot wait for McCarthy to get reps again.  Looking forward to our future QB working with CD, Addison, since he didn't have them in his first two games.

Dude is a warrior I want him back next year.  He played with a torn labrum and broken shoulder socket, incredible pain he took to play and give us our best chance.

I’m excited as anyone for Brosmer but the chance of him being even a capable backup are low.  You don’t throw him to the wolves, Brock Purdy’s are very few and far between.

But they do exist and you dont know if you habe one until they are given the chance.  When given chances Brosmer has not disappointed so IMO its natural to want to see what he can when the lights are brighter and the bullets faster.

Wentzs toughness is not in question,  his still being out there is.  It was obvious he wasn't making throws that HS qbs make,  the errant throws are just as much to blame for the losses as the OL struggles.  He should have been shut down after London IMO.
Why isn't Chuck Foreman in the Hall of Fame?

Wentz is a warrior, no doubt. The word "wince" took on a whole new meaning last week. But if I'm him, I'd want to keep playing too. There's no one to blame for that.

I'll admit I wanted to put Brosmer in, but I also understand two things: One, that couch sense is nonsense. And two, the decision to keep Brosmer out of the meat-grinder that this game turned into was probably wise. The last thing we needed was both backup QBs out for the year with the starter yet to return from his own injury. We need to keep the two young QBs healthy, and Wentz played a part in that.

This was also the worst QB performance I've seen since...well, the week before. We didn't stand a chance against the Chargers, but we beat the Steelers and Eagles if Wentz plays even Nick Mullens-level football.

Added bit it is the team that he was a fan of growing up. Kudos to Wentz for wanting to play. I am thankful that no concussions were involved. Wish him all the best with his recovery

Fanbase SWORE we needed to get a look at Kellen Mond....he predictably shit the bed....currently out of the league

Fanbase SWORE we needed to get a look at Jaren Hall....he predictably shit the bed....currently out of the league

Fanbase SWEARS we needed to get a look at Max Brosmer....

Maybe the coaching staff knows what they're doing and it's not some huge conspiracy

Not a conspiracy IMO.  I'm one of the fans that thought KOC should take Wentz out of the game in the second half because he was injured, playing poorly, and incapable of leading a comeback.  Yes, Wentz wanted to stay in the game but was not getting the job done.  So if you pull the starter, who goes in next?  Usually, it is the backup and the coach designated Brosmer as the backup.

I lost a lot of respect for KOC because he let Wentz get pummeled during the second half.  JMO.

I’d much rather have Wentz take that beating as opposed to dropping a nuke on Brosmer’s confidence and development.

I mean who really cares what happens to Wentz in terms of the future….he ain’t a part of the long range plans. Rode that bitch til the wheels fell off. He got paid…we move on
