It wasn’t pretty but….

Maybe this is our guy?  He’s 22.  If everything went perfectly he could be our QB into the 2040s. Could you imagine not doing retreads like we’ve done since Fran?

That. Was. Awesome!

Total domination in the 4th.

That was one sweet win!

Oh I thought it was beautiful. 1st player in NFL history to score 3 TDs in the 4th quarter in his NFL debut. Its not how you start, its how you finish. No better finisher than JJ McCarthy. Vikings got themselves a WINNER with this boy.

Impressive.

They didn't pack it in. They played thru it.

Unbelievably difficult to execute and play the way they did tonight. That's a big boy road win against division opponent on MNF.

Tommy Kramer flashbacks throughout that 4th quarter! Loved the grit and how he hung in there. He wasn't getting a lot of help from the OL or his WRs with some big drops, also, thought the game plan in first half was not helping him or playing to his strength, when we got behind and had to open it up, you could feel it being a much better fit for him.

Could you imagine Kirko under the lights?  Lol.

It’s going to take some time to get this going. The ability to go back out there in the fourth and TAKE IT away from that smug ass Ben.

JJ's first career start, Division rival, on the road, MNF, no Harry, no Addison, no Darrisaw... and they got out alive.  Perspective: From 2001-2014, the Vikings in 14 trips to Soldier Field won once...

...the game JJ attended as a 4-year-old Bears fan  Cool

Chicago has been more of a house of horrors for the Vikings than Lambeau much of this century.  The Vikings win there, I'm not very particular about how.
