Good read. Sounds like after KOC accused other teams of having dirty hands in the development of their young QBs, he wanted to be absolutely, positively certain he would not be one of them.
From the refusal to play him his rookie season even if he were healthy to putting a quality IOL in front of him to the VR reps to the DC scouting reports, they're doing everything the right way. I think it's going to pay off.
