I think both KOC and KAM really like this team right now and moving forward. O'Connell feels he has the guy at QB to win that elusive Superbowl. They've shored up the weaknesses. Its not a perfect team, but show me one that is? I think the HC feels he can go all the way deep in his playbook in every aspect of a game situation. BFlo has got what he needs, the perfect complimentary DC.
If you think KOC is going to be conservative because of JJM, think again. McCarthy knows the offense, he knows the plays. The Chessmaster at his finest methinks. A new level, which will be one of putting teams away. Tough schedule but a tough team. KOC is going to feast on teams trying to pressure JJM and he's going to BURN them scrambling for first down passes and big time runs. Then they'll give the respect. Listen, KOC basically turned down handing the keys to a Porsche to Aaron Rodgers. No matter what you think of Rodgers, that is a massive statement because he could have spun it positive for JJM for just one more year. Its the biggest statement an organization can give about how they feel about McCarthy.

I have ZERO/NONE/NADA concerns KOC will keep it simple with the redshirt qb.
Hell, my concern would be just the opposite

Fun facts:
Cousins first year in KOC's offense saw him throw for 4500 yards and 29 TDs. And remember, he said he wasn't fully comfortable with the offense until around week 8. In his 2nd season, before he was hurt, he was an MVP candidate on pace for a ridiculous 5,000 yards and 39 TDs. Sam Darnold's first year in this offense saw him throw for 4300 yards and 35 TDs. And we can pretty safely assume he wasn't fully comfortable in the offense right away either.
JJ McCarthy will have been immersed in this offense for a full year longer than either of those guys.

Nobody is going to think that JJ McCarthy is the 5th ranked QB in 2024 Draft after this season. And he was there for the taking. Part of the fun mystery of the Draft, the last 3 QBs in that draft will outshine Caleb Williams and Maye, but be on par with Daniels IMO. Nix is in the perfect offense and I think Penix is going to be legit.

Outshining Daniels is a "tall order" kid is legit imo
Caleb and JJM are the two biggest question marks imo
I'm less high on Penix, I think I just have a lefty aversion
Not sure what the ceiling for Nix is
My hope is taking Nabors over JJM (minimally) causes the Gmen fans to have stomach cramps.

Nabors is a hell of a talent, if they get any kind of QB there he'll rock. I don't think 'outshining' is what I'm really talking about as much as on par with Daniels....who will probably take a step back this season now that's there's film on him, usually happens to rookie sensations.

Time will tell....
Maybe they'll get lucky with Dart (or next draft if they suck in 25).
But I think having that #6 pick in 24 and taking a wideout is going to haunt that franchise.

Can't believe JJ isn't number one on this list. No other team's potential outcome swings as wide as the Vikings based on the performance of their young and unproven QB. Don't we already pretty much know what we're going to get from the other three QBs on the list? And if CMC goes down again, he's still just a RB.

Yeah, Goff? I guess if you consider the OC change maybe, but that isn't the player as much as the OC. Tua? we pretty much know what he is, talented but broken.
