Its the only thing I really haven't talked about. We haven't had a QB with his elusiveness and speed. He was stutter-stepping CBs in college and blew around them for TD runs. He's bigger and stronger than college. He's going to outrun some NFL DBs for TDs and its going to be an element to KOC's gameplan, watch and see.
If this kid can pan out, he can be as good as any NFL QB with his all around tangibles and intangibles. You've read ad nauseam about his leadership and how the whole team raves about his potential and aura. There's a buzz. But I digress, wait to you see some first down runs and TD runs, he's going to be a problem for D's that way.

I hope for his sake and the team that the limit the called runs. It just doesn't seem to be a winning gameplan to have your QB run consistently. Perhaps because then they are gassed on the next play and you lose the continuity on offense. RBs and WRs get a breather after a long run or big play and getting hit. And there is the health reasons as well. A QBs success leads to wins when he does it by throwing the ball down the field. Much easier and faster.

It does seem like, at the very least, he should be able to take advantage of defenders who might underestimate the speed on this "Michigan game manager."

I don't think KOC has any designed QB runs in his offense. It's not how he wants to attack defenses. That said, we'll see JJ break the pocket and run more than Cousins and Darnold did in this offense and those scrambles will be something teams will have to account for when playing us.

I will love to see his ability on scrambles. But the Lamar Jackson essentially being the RB hasn't been the answer. Whether or not KOC adds it to his offense remains to be seen.

Aside from the vomit smell emanating from this post, no thank you. Rodgers played hero ball, holding the ball looking for the big play instead of playing within the offense. Part of why McCarthy was fired (the other part is he sucked).
I have bigger hopes for JJ. Now to compare the mobility, sure. But still there are less detestable comparisons.

On paper, he's got the OL to be early Kaaron. 15 seconds in the pocket. Then take off if there's still nothing.
