....rumor is the Vikings will play the Steelers in Dublin on September 28th. McCarthy, Kelly and O'Connell should get a nice homecoming welcome.

Rumor has it we’re overseas the following week too. Which would blow unless you like your football at 9:30am ET.

Greedy Goodell with the games out of the country, really do not get why they have to play regular season games there and take away teams home games. Keep the games where they belong which is in the teams cities and play on Sunday and not holidays. The Christmas games are another really awful dynamic for the teams and fans.

What's the Over/Under on the total number of Nationally televised games for the Vikings in 2025?

my guess is at least ... 4 times

If we count any standalone game as nationally broadcast I think there are something like 70+ such games in a season now.

So 4 per team would be about average. Better teams will get more and bad teams might get their one Thursday night and not much else.

Vikings to start out the season playing a NFCN team?

Are the
@Vikings
opening the 2025 NFL season against a team in the NFC North?

@alec_lewis
has been on a heater lately with his nuggets ?

"I was thinking about this having some conversations the last couple days... it might be one of those three teams in this division from the very beginning. J.J. McCarthy's first game."

Fiancé will be in Dublin in a couple weeks. I’ll see if she can get a photo of the stadium.

I LOVE my football at 7:30 am MT, thank you very much. I'd have every game at that time if I ran the world. Anyway, I've heard that rumor too, but it's really hard to believe the NFL would subject one team to that kind of time, travel and logistics nightmare.

McGlothern? Interesting that the Googler says McGlothern is a Scottish name but McCarthy is very much Irish.
