One player to keep an eye on in the Patriots' search for a new center: Garrett Bradbury.

The '19 first-round pick has been the Vikings' starter the last 6 years, but could soon be cut after MIN signed Ryan Kelly.

Bradbury for a fifth. Easy peasy.

Even if we got a 6th or 7th, that's huge. We need picks!

For a 6th, I'd rather keep him as a backup. Unless he's making a stink of things, which is probably fair because he's starting caliber somewhere.

Jurgens is the backup. If they could get any trade value in return for Bradbury that would be huge because chances are we are going to cut him anyway to save against the cap

the key here though is we dont hvae to cut him,  for once we have the cap luxury to wait out those interested and possibly recoup some value from our cast offs instead of just letting them walk for nothing... if the interest isnt really there then he stay a Vikings a little longer until we have to move him.

There's no point in taking a 6 million dollar cap hit for a backup center. They've got Kelly and Jurgens.

They should be able to net a day 3 pick for him from someone.
