Yep, winning the offseason isn't really winning until you see the players excel with your team. But man the media gets off so hard on this right now. The talking head game is hard, fast and loud predictions and judgements instantly.

I'm confident they can achieve that top 10 draft pick again next year.

I've seen some people skewering the Grady Jarrett signing.

The Bears have talent. They made some poor decisions with the OL guys they added last year to protect Williams and made a huge mistake not getting rid of Eberflus prior to the 2024 season.

If Ben Johnson is able to successfully transition from a great OC to a great HC, the Bears will be on the upswing. Coaching has held them back the most IMO. They'll be an interesting team this year.

Thats where my head is at too....To me the floor is at 8 for the Bears. Eberflus alone cost em a couple games.

Wait till they add Jeanty to that team.

The North will be even more competitive this season.

Bears have a tough schedule as well, they won't be any better than 7 or 8 wins again this year. Color me not impressed with Caleb Williams, not yet anyway. He needs to make the turn upward for them to exceed that. He's not a pocket passer, he's not accurate enough. They are a competitive team, however. Maybe Johnson will use Caleb differently and surprise me.

I dont know if he'll use Caleb any differently or just coach up the good and coach out the bad.

The dude's off-script stuff is jaw dropping, highlight reel.

On PAPER Poles went and got the best offensive minded coach available to do what KOC does with QB's.

We'll see how it goes?
