Kwesi has been waiting for this moment since he took the job.

He talked about it over and over again.

Getting that quarterback in on a rookie deal to build the super team.

And whoo boy is he shooting from the hip now that he has the ammo.

This is glorious.

Drafting is important, but there's a lot more to it than just that. Adofo-Mensah has done a nice job overall and seems to be improving along the way.

We need things to break right of course but the ceiling for this team in 2025 and beyond is very high.

If Kam nails the draft, he's got his extension...

We've spent our wad.  They'll need to make the drafts happen going forward.  We'll need cheap players to add into the roster.  Its amazing how many players that were on the 53 that are not set to come back as of right now.

This year will be an underwhelming draft because we spent it last year.  2026 is the year we need to make it happen.

Its a little surreal to me right now, honestly. Like PF hilariously said in another thread, I couldn't open the presents fast enough. It was a landslide this morning.

KAM definitely went on a spending spree that even the optimists didn't see coming.

Great job on the Fries signing, but outside of that I do not love what we did. We have an exciting young QB and instead of building a solid young core to be the basis of the team moving forward, we got a lot older with the 30+ age guys we brought in.

I think the Allen and Murphy signings were huge overpays for two guys who are not big difference makers. Murphy is not a great cover corner, he gets picked on a lot in coverage, decent corner, but for the money Reed was a way better value, I am stunned he got more money than him. I think Bynum brought far more to the defense than Murphy did and felt like he was the guy to keep in the secondary.
