If Rodgers ends up in Pittsburgh, who else needs a QB? Danny might be coming back to MN...

Lot of rumors that it is between Vikes and Colts, if that is the case would think the Colts would offer more money as they would be looking at him to compete as a starter and also a more attractive place for him because of that.

It is. This is exactly the situation.

I would like to see Jones on a reasonable contract, but at the same time feel it may be better for him to go somewhere else and let this truly be JJM's team.

It's JJ's team regardless. But we do NEED a reliable backup. And Aaron Rodgers really should not be an option. I'd pay Jones 20% more just to avoid that nightmare.

I would personally contribute to that fund to avoid that!  My least favorite years as a Viking fan was watching Favre in purple for two years, that was torture, do not need to relive that!

How much do you think Indy would pay him to compete with Richardson? $15M a year over 2 years? How much would the Vikings be offering? Probably like $12M over one?

Like which one gets you a better shot at getting to be a long term starter and big money? I feel like theres some hope there with KOC as your coach that you probably don’t get with Indy. Indy you’re sliding into the long term backup path probably, but with the Vikings you’re probably not seeing the field.
