Trump threatens to pull federal funds for US schools allowing ‘illegal protests’

Even in last night's babble-fest, with all the time in the world to prepare, his numbers were mostly bulls**t (excepting, in the name of actual accuracy, the Southern border immigration numbers), and he/Elon have managed to clear an interesting number of people/departments both investigating them AND vulnerable to creating a jobs program for Musk's people.

The most worrisome part, I don't have to overstate a syllable of that.

Plust the "governor Trudeau" schtick on top of the other classless antics...wow, we keep finding new lows.

I figure the impeachment filings will be starting by summer, adding more drama.

Can you post this in English please?  I think you're complaining about the very well received address and saying Trump made up numbers?  Which numbers do you know to be incorrect??

So I can be at least a little open-minded lol!

Re Tarrifs? I am waiting to see (to hear)the benefits they will bring to the country and specifically my household. Right now, I anticipate higher prices from them and they've spooked investors to the point where all S&P 500 gains since the election have gone poof.

Like the DOGE initiatives, the communication of tariff benefits and process to the country has been poor. And I am all for rooting out in-efficiencies, sad so many fed employees are going to be unemployed though.

the reports on the shit DOGE is uncovering suggests that a lot more federal employees need to be unemployed.  The snowflake responses on tiktok and whatever else from them having to show what they accomplished... holy crap,  I dont want to just fire them,  I want them to apologize for their existence.

"How much money has the US given Ukraine since Russia’s invasion?
Since February 2022, the United States has allocated $113.4 billion in emergency funding to support Ukraine in wartime.

Updated March 7, 2024 by the USAFacts team"

But, our liar in chief stated:

"The United States has put up far more aid for Ukraine than any other nation, hundreds of billions of dollars," Trump said. "We've spent more than $300 billion, and Europe has spent about $100 billion. That's a big difference."

Later on, in response to a question on whether the U.S. would help with reconstruction in Ukraine after the war, Trump said: "We're in there for about $350 billion. I think that's a pretty big contribution."

Why does anyone believe a syllable from this skidmark? Seriously?
Wait, we failed to protect our QB in big games, again?

On the topic of "why does anyone believe this obvious, disastrous bulls**t?":

"he only support for the assertions comes from data posted by DOGE to a newly created website that went live last month. But in the last two weeks alone, DOGE has deleted hundreds of claimed savings, including some of the largest items it had previously boasted about."
