Return of the RB
#1
It may be a good time to be a rb again, especially if you can catch and pass block...

Cook
Barkley
Montgomery
Gibbs
Robinson
King Henry
Insert more names here....

I want me one of those to take some pressure off a young QB!!

Honestly Jones is probably good enough. But our line isn't and our coach has a weak spot in that respect.

I think teams have always valued a quality RB, they're just not going to pay them the same as the other skill positions because they're probably going to hit the wall in the middle of their first big contract, and it's hard to draft a guy high who you don't plan on resigning, and it's hard to throw money at a FA RB into the mix, when they probably have a 2-3 year shelf life (on their second contract) and you don't have everything else sorted out first. It just doesn't make sense for a team that is rebuilding their offense to start with the QB and RB, then work their way to OL and WR, and then redo the RB again because they suck now at age 28.
