As he takes little hacks at most of my posts...amazing you missed that, so often...I'm THRILLED to have no interactions with him. That said, you've tried to call him off (how is it "just me, again?) in posts repeatedly, previously.

I can deal with snipping,  its your over the top name calling and insults,  what funny is when I ask somebody to tone it down, most acknowledge that they crossed the line of civility and accommodate,  you resort to finger pointing and trying to justify your actions.  if you cant respect them as a poster enough to keep it moderately civil, then why do you even give a fuck about what they say or believe?

You get angsty with me when I insult 45/47 more than anything else, and when I call out your defense of same. I'm aware that you barely bat an eyebrow at "snippy", that's been constant...but, most of my heaviest insults are not named at anyone specifically on here, far more at the prez you've defended pretty constantly.

He's not a member, that I'm aware of. He doesn't require your protection, he has people for that...though, he removes them from people he disagrees with, which is yet another petulant, trash behavior.

You tighten up the tinfoil hat a little too much Z?  I was actually going to post this article and another one in the other thread you mentioned it.  As the article states, the EEOC is the one that brought the suit against Tesla.  The suit actually started by the CA version of the EEOC.  The plaintiff was initially awarded $115 mil than reduced to $30 mil..now down to $3,2 mil.   EEOC is the governing body not the organization that was eliminated by Trump.  The OFCCP focus was on minority participation and more recently DEI adherence for federal contractors. I had to file a DEI plan as part of my company's most recent GSA contract.  The EEOC is untouched.  The article conflated the role of the two organizations to make it boo scary.  The EEOC will continue to do racial investigations in the workplace. As you have said repeatedly, facts matter.

Btw..I tried to find info on the actual discrimination case. Maybe it's just the world we live in but the BS alarms usually come out when a noose is involved ala Smullett, Bubba Wallace, and a number of lower profile cases where people were found to have planted the nooses themselves.
