Baltimore underperforms again in the postseason
#1
Gave the game away against Buffalo. Jackson is what now, 3-5 in the playoffs? MVP type season squandered. And for the record, I hate outdoor football in January....both games yesterday deeply affected by cold and snow. It's stupid. Rams should have beaten the Eagles. 7 sacks on Hurts. We can piss and moan about Minnesota losing to both Detroit and L.A., but those are really good teams. Straight up. And zero doubt Washington can go into Philly and beat them.

The cold wasnt the issue as much as the wet,  you can have rainy games any month and have shitty footing and piss poor ball security.

I see overcoming rain and snow not much different than the southern teams that have games when the field temp is over 90 and the opposing teams are not conditioned for the heat and are cramping up and gassed after a couple series.  Maybe the league should mandate a retractable roof for all new stadiums and have a climate window for both temp and moisture?

This is all you'd need to do. Problem solved. The snow and bitter cold affects both sides, regardless of what homer fans think as 'home field advantage'.

well if you are going to do it,  do it for all and have a temp range and inclement weather policy that is enforced league wide.  no more heat, cold, or moisture to contend with.

The NFL can’t even afford full camera angles at every game. How could they afford changes to stadiums?

That game was there for Baltimore to at least send it to OT. This will be a tough one for them to live with all off-season.

I was rooting for Ravens and Hou too.

I'm tired of Bills/Chiefs. Eagles bore me too.

I like the new blood, energy the Commodes bring; my shiny new objects.

Daniels is legit. You ever notice that he never gets rattled? Nothing seems to bother him. Stroud gets in his head and its easy to see. I think JJ will be a lot like Daniels. I don't see much bothering him or getting rattled.

I was a big fan of his from LSU. He's the QB I was jonesing for that draft...

Zero chance of that.

I dont think they'll beat the Eagles, but they won't be intimidated going in there either. I really like how they have constructed that team.

I don't see them beating the Eagles. The Eagles and Chiefs were my picks most of the year. Never was on the Lions. The Vikings... Let's face it, we are Vikings fans and we know the story lol. It helps that Washington knows the Eagles well. SO you are right, the intimidation factor won't be there.

I was a JJ guy the whole time. Only because we had no shot at Daniels. I was not on Maye at all. Just something about him. I wanted a guy that was a proven winner. Was coachable. Had a high ceiling, even if his floor was low.
