This GM has not had the best track record with picks I do not trust anything he does in the draft.
We really picked Turner over Jared Verse??

I'm on record as not being the biggest Kwesi fan, but it didn't matter if we picked Turner or Verse because neither was going to overtake AVG or Greenard this season. Verse is also 4 years older than Turner so give Dallas some time. This was a learning year for him trying to grasp a complex defense and by all accounts he progressed as the year went on. We have 3 legit edge guys moving forward who can get after the quarterback in different packages. That's a good problem to have.

Meh his draft history has been atrocious to be kind and I think he’s gonna have another blunder in JJ McCarthy if track record keeps on the same projectory.

His Michigan team was up by three touchdowns almost every game at the end of the first quarter. The only game that really he had to do anything (national championship game) it was obvious the coach did not trust him to pass 10-18 140yds 58 passer rating He was simply atrocious. The other close came he had in the first half was against Bowling Green and he threw three interceptions and admitted after the game the defense had him confused. lol He’s in the same mold of Joey Harrington, Christian ponder, Brady Quinn, Tim couch, I could go on and on etc.. simply surrounded by NFL talent that propped him up. His fate will be the same as the guys I just mentioned - as a matter fact he doesn’t even have the physical skills Christian ponder had. Lol And really you follow football you should know quarterbacks coming from that kind of program surrounded by NFL talent always have winning records. Pat Mahomes had a losing college record. It means absolutely nothing. It’s a simple way to try to fit peoples false narratives about quarterbacks drafted by their favorite teams Michigan's Jim Harbaugh said J.J. McCarthy was confused after 3-INT game: 'I don't want him to change' J.J. McCarthy is coming off of a game he would like to forget in his Michigan football career, a game against Bowling Green in which he threw three interceptions and completed only eight of his 13 pass attempts. He looked extremely rattled in the first half of the game, but settled down after Harbaugh began to call strictly running plays. Lol come on man this Guy is a career back up and our idiot general manager actually picked him in the first round. Lol Seriously, watch this video. It’s obvious JJ McCarthy cannot read defense. Staring down his first reads not even getting to his second read. This was against Bowling Green! Lol (Yesterday, 10:05 PM)JimmyinSD Wrote: Trajectory? Hes 4 years older. Turner was known he will take time to come into his own body. He was 20. Verse is 4 years older. JJ is a winner and has won at every level. Has that factor to him. You know, the things you can't teach. I would take Turner every time over Verse. Turner should have went 8th overall at his age. Not Verse. Dudes just a clown. JJ was put out with 2's on offense against the 1's on defense and JJ outplayed Darnold. As a 21 year old fucking rookie. They never did that again in camp. Why? Because they knew what they had.

Verse is a certified dog. Love him. I'm not getting the dog vibe from Dallas Turner. I'm holding off total judgement until I see Turner put on some muscle weight for '25, because he needs it. KAM has to bear some responsibility for his draft picks or lack OF draft picks.

Right, but you can’t screw the pick up if you don’t have them… |
