Thats some crazy shit...

I am still surprised at how few GB fans there were at that game.

Now I know, they were all in front of their TV's.

Yep. They were scared. Didn't want to commit to an in-person game....wanted to hedge and then pile on if Green Bay won. So I lived in Wisconsin for 6 years and I was always amazed when I asked friends about the game and how many 'had chores to do and missed it' when the Packers lost, lol. Never missed wins funny enough. Wink

I'll make an easy prediction. This Sunday Night Football game will have even more eyeballs. It's an epic matchup, with lots riding on it.
I won't predict the number, but it will have more viewers.

I've heard the gamut this week...

"Congrats, the Vikings are good.  Buuut...  It's hard to beat a team 3 times in a season."

"Packers didn't deserve to win, but the phantom offsides call was the difference in the game."

And on and on...

Honestly, the Packers got some weak calls against us.  The Murphy holding was less than some of the grabs and contact on JJ when the Packers were "holding him in check" in the first quarter.  The neutral zone infraction late in the game that made for an easier 3rd down conversion where our DL didn't even move across the LOS.

So stupid.  Vikings dominated the game for 3+ quarters and closed it out in the end. The Vikings are definitely a better team than Green Bay this season.

The Packers lost twice to the Vikings, twice to the Lions and lost to the Eagles. They're good but not good enough to beat the premier teams in the NFC. I watched the game in a bar full of Packer fans in Northern WI. It was glorious..

Always fun. I watched the Vikings-Bears game in a huge Bear's bar in Wisconsin Dells for the game where Minnesota came back from 21 points down (the infamous Ditka screaming at Harbaugh on the sidelines game when he threw a pick 6, Roger Craig was our RB). Now that was glorious.

or the block below the waist on Harry when he clearly was above the waist.
Why isn't Chuck Foreman in the Hall of Fame?

That one pissed me off but the Kraft block on Pat Jones was ok. BS. Whatever

I don't believe the offsides on the fieldgoal was the difference. If we miss that fieldgoal then we may play the game differently. But if it was the difference in the game then it would have to happen 327 more times for us to be even with the Packers.
