How u feeling about the Seahawk game?
#1
I feel this is a > avg game in difficulty, even if GB had 7 sacks on em last week...

As Jimmy pointed-out, its a tough place for the Vikings; last win 2006 (!!)
They are playing for a playoff spot/division, Vikings are playing for the #1 seed/division

They have a blitz defense (ala Ravens) that can cause lots if problems/missed assignments. They have big play receivers.

I think this is going to be very close till the end - Reichard field goal wins it and set-up big game vs GB

Outdoors, the rain...Jones and Akers need to have especially productive days for us to win.

Vikings 23
Seattle 21

Because of the forecasted wet conditions, I really think this is going to come down to turnovers, regardless of who plays better during the course of the game.
Good chance of fumblerooskis.

I think where they're most vulnerable is on the OL. Good at LT, average at LG, horrible at C and RG and average at RT. I saw an OL ranking earlier this week that had them 27th or 28th I wanna say (Vikings ranked 10th btw). They're a middle of the pack passing offense, middle of the pack rushing offense, top 10 pass defense and bottom 10 rush defense. Leonard Williams will be a handful for Cam Robinson and Kenneth Walker is back from injury so he could hurt is without our best run defender at LB.

I know some of our most disappointing losses have come in Seattle, but I'm not a big believer in matchup history. This is a game the Vikings should win by a TD. But if the weather's crap, all bets are off. 86% chance of rain.

I think we should dominate them, the wet weather is a concern as we have not played in poor weather conditions all year, however this team is different, they seem to step up to the challenge and I think they will take care of business.

I think we win this one, but one important part will be getting into Metcalf's head. If he gets flustered early, he makes mistakes/penalties all game long.

Also, Geno gets twitchy when pressured hard all game long, so...yeah, our defense has to step up while our offense needs to continue finding the best versions of itself.
STRETCH RUN, VIKINGS...LET'S END THIS SEASON WITH BANGS!

I think Leonard Williams is out with an ankle...

Even if he's not, I expect our pass rush to feast on Geno.

I ain't worried, we should win this game. We're better defensively, offense is more explosive, etc.

I hate that a sloppy, slippery rainy mess of a game will be decided by luck: Who turns it over less.

He was a full practice on Friday, so he's likely playing. But yes I agree that our pass rush against their OL is our biggest advantage.

I'm kind of expecting the Vikings to play their best road game of the year in Seattle.

If they win all 3 facets, it'll track .

We'll see?

If they crap the bed I'll be surprised.

Outdoors in bad weather
Opponent off an embarrassing loss, motivated
On the west coast we are 7-16 since 2000.
Haven't won in Seattle since 2006, 2-9 there all-time

Seems stacked against us.
