Detroit Lions

Yep, that will happen too. If the Packers beat the Lions, they will skyrocket up power rankings and will become media darlings and the favorite to unseat the Lions for the division title. Probably not a bad thing though for the Vikings to be discounted down the stretch.

Waaah...poor Lions. Viking fans know we've had more than our fair share of shit luck with injuries. You live by targeting knees, karma comes calling. No mercy here.

I got no sympathy for em...As you say, we've had > then our fair share.

Just shows you can have great scheme, front office, personnel, coaching...But if the football gods dont smile on you?

Here's the downside to this - the Eagles. I think Detroit was legitimately the best chance to keep them out of the SB.

Now its up to Vikings, Det, GB or Rams to do it...

Yeah no fuck that, I'm not rooting for Detroit. They are starting to get on the shit list with their dirty hits and ref assistance. I hate all 3 of those options

Yeah, I really don't root for any team other than Minnesota. I'm not cheering for teams once the Vikings are bounced from the playoffs. I watch, enjoy the football but there's no more rooting interest for me, doesn't work like that.

I root against teams/fan bases in the playoffs,  sometimes it gets damn hard to pick the team/fanbase you hate more.
Why isn't Chuck Foreman in the Hall of Fame?

Anyone throwing dirt on the Lions yet is being a bit pre-mature imo.

Only thing I am fairly certain about is that the NFC champ is going to be one of these teams:

Eagles
Packers
Lions
Rams
Vikings

The fact that the Vikings are even in this discussion mid-december is a bit mind-blowing.

The fact that 3 of these teams are in the North is crazy

The fact we have to play 2 of these 5 is a bit daunting.

But hey, nobody said it would be easy...Or for the faint of heart lol!

Just like in Life, IMHO Karma is a thing in the NFL.

And to me, I think the Lions rash of players going on IR is absolutely 100% connected to their play of their secondary players. Lions players were taking out opposing receivers knees last year

SEE Hockenson injury.

Karma is a boomerang!
