IMO the pentaly system could use a good overhall. Grounding, fumble out the end zone, pass interference, illegal motion vs false start.

Well it seems like right now the NFL is 2 minutes of play to 5 minutes of commercials so dropping to 4  minutes shouldn't hurt the billionaires that much.

What I wouldn't GIVE for two minutes of televised play.  

Can't tell you how many times they returned from a commercial for just a punt, then back to another commercial.....The worst.

This may possibly be the worse rule in sports.  It seems pretty basic, if the defense does not get possession of the ball it should go to the offense at the 20.  So many games have been totally changed unfairly due to this rule.

Well when it happens to a darling and decides the game they definitely will change the rule.
