Crazy Minnesota would be right now a #5 seed at 6-2.
How much will this change come end of December?

Carolina at 1/10 of a percent chance better than the Giants at 0.0? Lol. They actually play each other in Germany this week-the NFL's gift to the world.

Interesting that "they" list our chances at .1% better than the Packers?

I'm still not sure I got a good handle on this years squad.
Or put another way, are they really as good as 6/2 indicates? I think its the defense that gives me the most pause. I gotta remind myself they have been pretty entertaining and I didnt expect much more than that in 24.

Lions still have the Texans, Packers, Vikings, Bills and 49ers. The Bears twice too. Bears beat them pretty soundly last year with Justin Fields. I can see the Bears stealing one of those.

Vegas over/under for Viking wins was 6 1/2.....Good chance Vikings beat that in Jville Sunday at week 10 (9 games into the season) that's remarkable .
Going back to 1980, as a Viking fan I have not seen a season like this before. 2024 is in it's own category. Vikings are playing with house money. My purple shaded kool-aid dreamof the Vikings sneaking into the playoffs as a wildcard and wrecking some other team is right on course. As of today Vikings are #2 seed, so Vikings would host a playoff game.

I would expect there to be more stratification as we go along, especially since the entire NFC North has to beat up on each other, and it’s just hard for so many teams to keep up that pace. A couple key injuries here or there and all of a sudden you drop a couple extra games.

I don't know why so many staunch Vikings fans don't believe they are for real? They are better than their record. They had every opportunity to beat the Lions and came up a little short. They fell flat against the Rams who matched up well against them on a short week on the road. But this team is a playoff team who can compete with any team if they have the good fortune of good health. Got to have a little faith! They are much better than they have been for quite awhile. This is Kwesi and KOC's best team so far. And they are only going to get better when they upgrade at QB next year. It's a good time to be a Vikings fan.
