At the Jags and Titans. Its certainly doable and very possible. Never easy winning road games, but these are two bad teams. Would be big as far as wildcard possibilities would go, although not so much for any tiebreaking scenarios as the 3 wins in a row would be with AFC teams.
Team looked sloppy in the first half, got booed even. Not sure why this team can't be more consistent, although at times last night looked VERY good. Its frustrating to watch as a fan, preaching to the choir here I'm sure. Nice to see Turner step up, and Cam Robinson as well (bodes well moving forward at LT for the remainder of 2024). One game at a time, but Minnesota needs to stack these wins upcoming. Not trying to be greedy or presumptuous as a fan, but these are games good teams win. And I like the guts that Darnold is showing out there. I ding him on the spaz moments, but the guy doesn't quit. And that arm talent is stupid good.

There are no easy games in the NFL, but I'd be pretty surprised if the Vikings didn't win both of these games. I don't think I saw any significant injuries last night (except maybe our kicker?) So the Vikings should be pretty close to full strength if Cashman is able to make it back. Really impressed with how well Cam Robinson played on two days of practice.

The Jags are a mess. Losing that one would be disappointing. Tennessee's pass defense has been decent but who knows what to expect from that offense, or who their QB will be. I agree that if we stay healthy and Darnold can sorta kinda protect the football, we could be 8-2.

Jax played Philly pretty well yesterday...
But yah, we "should" win the next two.
Robinson may prove to be a VERY shrewd pickup

As a Front-runner/Favorite this franchise has failed.
They are right where they want to be.
I wanna see how wel lLawrence, Mason and Williams read the Vikings defense.
FWIW I also think this team plays with better poise of the road.

don't ever look ahead. Either Jax or Tennessee could be a trap game.

I certainly like them to win both and the smart money will agree. Jax has some talent, hell all NFL rosters are talented as was alluded.
If we protect Darnold we win. It’s that simple. That reason is why we went out and got Cam Robinson.
I got my complaints about this team, but even the weaker links bring a lunchpail mentality that is endearing. That IDL of ours is not imminently talented, but they sure do compete. Love that.

The way we played the last two games is concerning, I think a good team would have beaten us Sunday. These are definitely two games we can win, but I think we have some glaring weaknesses that I am not sure we can clean up, specifically Darnold's propensity to make several head scratching plays a game, it has become obvious why he is on his 4th team, this offense and coaching has helped mask his issues, but he is what he is and I do not see that changing. Also IOL and DL have been dominated in games and if we are unable to get a consistent pass rush our CBs are getting exposed. There is the great side of Darnold, we have outstanding playmakers, OTs and edge rushers have been great and we have solid safety play, so I think with all of that we have the ability to be a playoff team, just not sure which team shows up week to week.

one question... when teams are having their LBs bail on pass plays against us, which they have been doing at times to congest those middle throwing lanes... why do we not have and automatic flip to QB run to take those free yards? I have seen many times where there a free 7-10 yards there and SD is scrambling around or even just standing there looking instead of taking what the defense gives. using his legs when there is little to no risk is a better way to keep defenses honest and that would create better passing opportunities IMO.
This is one reason why KC has been so tough, Mahomes will make teams pay with his legs for over playing the pass.
Why isn't Chuck Foreman in the Hall of Fame?
