I get living life to the fullest and all that, but really it’s so imbalanced it’s unfair. If men like this had an ounce of integrity, they would tell these youngins to find someone more their age.

I say good for him! If they are both happy, which they appear to be, why should anybody care? Bill's been divorced and raised his children. Go be happy with the time you have left because at the end of the day, that's what it'd about

Whomever is the youngest in this age gap scenario, male or female, is messed up. Period.

The older, supposedly more mature adult gets a pass? The double standard and hypocrisy is unfortunate but not surprising. He gets the high fives and kudos, there is no mention of what he is doing in this situation. There is no mention of predatory behavior or power dynamics

That seems a stretch. She's 24 not 16. When I was 56 I dated a 24 year old for about 6 months. I don't know what she saw in me, but I think she was attracted to the stability more than anything. I mean, have you been around 24 year old dudes lately? Holy shit.

I get stability and maturity but again you are only looking at her motivation not his. And yes I would say the same thing if genders were reversed. In your 20s you are still trying to find yourself, leaves you very vulnerable
