One of these days when JJ is a pro bowler and the Jets are still trying to dig themselves out of the Erin mess and find a QB of the future, the video of the Jets draft room with their GM laughing as if he suckered us into trading up is going to surface with the narrative on how they past up the chance to take the best QB in NFL and thought they were being so smart.

I think the Broncos were the ones laughing?  Perhaps the Jets too, but dumb ass Payton tried to act like he forced the Vikes to make the trade with the Jets like that somehow helped his fellow AFC team, the Broncos.
