Spread is down to -2 for Texans @ Vikings
#1
...still time to get to -1.5, which I predicted earlier this week. Getting excited for this matchup, should be a good one.

Very good match-up for sure...

I'd love to win this one and build up a little cushion b4 going to GB and then London.

This one is hard to get a bead on. Texans are a very good team, but they really didn't look that great against the Colts or the Bears.

Gonna be a big test for our OL with Anderson and Hunter on the edges. There isn't a better edge duo in the league. We get a little break due to injuries to both Mixon and Pierce. So former Viking Sam Akers is the likely starter.

Very curious to see how the Vikings defend Collins, Diggs and Dell.

In the two past years after emotional games we preformed poorly. It’ll be interesting to see how KOC and the team responds.

Can't win them all, so the Vikings will lose games. There are other good teams in the NFL with smart coaches and good gameplans.

Shit, Ivan Pace JR is out. That's going to hurt in the middle of the defense.

Fckk...Hadnt heard that.

Injuries piling-up and its only been 2 weeks in. And its not just the Vikings

Does it seem like its getting tougher to keep players upright than say 10, 15 or 2 decades ago????

It does. Faster, bigger and stronger players putting insane amounts of pressure on their joints, muscles, etc. Humans aren't supposed to be this big, its a lot of strain on the ligaments.

Maybe the shorter, less intense training camps factor into it too. There's in shape and there's in football shape.

Counterpoint, joint and ligament injuries seem up in the preseason as well. Can't think of a time prior where in a 5-10 year span there were so many guys league wide season after season staring on IR. Hard to be in football shape for the season if you can't make it to the season without a concerning injury.
