Not surprised by the release of Lynch. Never really did much to earn a roster spot. Thought Tyrese Robinson had a chance to make the 53 man roster, must mean Ingram is the starter at RG and will be until he gets hurt or gets the quarterback injured.

The Vikings went from 6 running backs on Saturday — to 2 on Tuesday.

In:
? Aaron Jones
? Ty Chandler

Out:
? Kene Nwangwu
? Myles Gaskin
? DeWayne McBride
? Mohamed Ibrahim

Looks like Jurgens has made the team with Risner going on IR & Robinson released.

Don't really understand this.  Thought Kene and maybe Gaskin would at least make the 53 man roster.

Yeah I thought Kene at the very least would make the team on his kick return ability alone. That's surprising

Maybe they think he won't get claimed and they can stash him on the Practice Squad? Otherwise it doesn't make much sense. That is the problem with keeping a Fullback.

I love Ham, but he takes up an important roster spot when he only has a snap count % of less than 20% on offense.

Bo Richter also cut...he was having an immense training camp.
I'm guessing several PS signings out of these.
13 more to cut.

Not sure what more Gaskin needed to do to make team, especially with Kene being cut and also considering Jones health. They must have a trade worked out with someone or know someone who is getting cut, as they need a 3rd RB. Maybe Cine for a RB? Then you have someone like Ingram who continued to look awful this pre season and he makes it over Robinson who looked much better.

Richter was making big plays and totally botching the ones where he wasn't making headlines.   There is some big play ability there, but a bunch of growth necessary.  Players like LDR and McGlothern showed out over their entire body of work.
