Hey, Joe Buck......
#1
....I still say fuck you on this. What people didn't know was that Packer fans used to moon the Viking's team bus after the game as it left for the airport. That was the genesis of this. I actually like Buck most times as an announcer, but this was just so ridiculous. You can see now he's sheepish and embarrassed in hindsight:

That clip gets funnier every time I watch it. Thank you, Randy!

I think there was a negativity surrounding Moss among media at the time that played into that overreaction. This wasn't long after his leaving the field incident, his bumping a traffic officer incident and his "play when I want to play" thing.

He's on the short list of guys you'd just like to see have his lips stuck in his teeth on a weekly basis.

its funny that this was what it was,  last night I saw a clip of Kelce dropping his pants to some raider fans that were giving him shit about not blocking.... he actually undid his game pants and dropped his pants down and bent over in their direction, he had compression shorts on,  but imagine the reaction from buck on that one.

I thought it was kind of a funny overreaction at the time and promptly forgot about it.  18 years later I have no idea why anyone cares.  I think Buck at one point released a parody of himself saying it.

Buck has said numerous times that if there is one thing in his professional life he could take back it is the "disgusting" comment he made about Moss.

Jeezus, when I think of all the things we can be upset about as Vikings fans, this is not high on my list. Time to let this one slip quietly into obscurity.

When I think of Buck, my thoughts don't immediately go back to the Moss incident. It's his smug face and the overall unlikeable dickishness he exudes.

Can't argue with that. It just does not bother me much. I guess I feel that's his problem, not mine.
