Zero doubt in my mind Cousins will resign with Minnesota

Wolfson reporting today that Atlanta would be a team to "keep an eye on" as a logical landing spot for Cousins this offseason..

When Penix starts the first game next season and plays twice as good as any QB we have had in the last 13 years everyone is going to wonder why they entertained the notion of paying an average QB millions.

They will offer $15 M more per year than we will and Kirk will be Kirk.  Taking the money, not about a championship.  He should be thankful anyone wants to pay him considering he has made 1/4 A BILLION playing football and only one wild card to back it up.

This upcoming March is going to be gross.

Move on, save the money and add DL to the D.  Draft Penix, Daniels, or JJ and start new

The time has been coming to turn the page, either now, a year from now, or two years from now...so depending on where we think we are at as a team, that wouldn't be the worst thing. However, with the Wilfs in charge, it will likely be wash, rinse, repeat, with Cousins back under center making top 5 money on a short term deal.
